David Baxendale

David is a partner in the restructuring team at PwC. He is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and has  experience of leading a variety of restructuring and insolvency cases across a number of sectors  

including: retail, construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, printing and financial services. 

David also works with charities and not for profit organisations providing advice when they are facing  some form of financial difficulty, working directly with charities and for other stakeholders including  

banks and regulators. This has covered work with housing associations, health organisations and  

education providers including universities.
