Alex Kenney

Alex has over a decade of experience in public affairs and event organisation. She joined British Heart Foundation in 2019, having previously been at Cancer Research UK and WaterAid. Working closely with the Head of Policy, Alex is responsible for the overall strategy and approach for BHF’s advocacy, engagement and influencing activity in Westminster, Whitehall and the NHS in England. She has re-established the BHF’s campaigning function, driving the development and delivery of the flagship Hearts Need More campaign, which has put cardiovascular health firmly at the heart of Government policy.
