Cat is a highly motivated, creative, resourceful and goal driven senior manager with expertise in strategic, project and clinical service management. With over 25 years experience of management within the charity and voluntary sector both in the UK and internationally. Cat has expertise in high level negotiation and influence with public, statutory and third sector stakeholders. 

Cat has a proven track record in securing moderate to high levels of funding, including corporate support in and experience in managing large budgets. In seven years she has grown Baby Basics UK from a £48K turnover charity to an almost £1mill, with more than 35 corporate partners and a network of over 50 centres across the UK.
