Chris Lucas

Chris Lucas has worked in the not-for-profit sector all of his career for the past 15 years in senior Finance roles, across faith-based charities, adult hospices and the NHS. Chris is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is an FCCA and has a strong track record in crisis management, financial sustainability and digital transformation. 

Chris is a committed Christian with a passion for helping disadvantaged people and community groups and has intentionally stayed dedicated to working in the not-for-profit sector to make a tangible impact on people's lives.

Chris is also a charity trustee and has set up numerous CIO's so sees governance from different lenses too and understands regulatory challenges facing all charities in 2026 and beyond.
