Danielle Bridge is a seasoned nonprofit leader with over 15 years’ experience in the third sector, specialising in physical and mental health care,  social impact, psychoeducation, and training in the adult education sector.

As Chief Executive of Black Minds Matter UK, Danielle is driving the charity forward with a clear vision: to increase access to culturally competent therapy, deliver impactful mental health education, and advocate for systemic change in Mental Health care. Her work bridges lived experience, community insight, and strategic leadership to empower and uplift Black communities specifically. 

With a strong track record of delivering programmes that educate, upskill, and inspire, Danielle is a powerful force for equity and inclusion - and a respected voice in the development of mental health care for all by centering the experience of the Black Caribbean and Black African diaspora.
