Francis Shaw

Francis is Head of Programmes and Impact at The Fore, the UK’s only venture philanthropy fund dedicated to small charities, connecting high-potential charity leaders to the funding, skills, and networks they need to transform society from the ground up. Francis has extensive experience across both the private and social sectors. Before joining The Fore, Francis managed the delivery of a £45 million programme aimed at helping communities improve their neighbourhoods and quality of life. At The Fore, Francis oversees the delivery and impact monitoring of support programmes, ensuring small charities gain access to the resources they need to thrive through grants, workshops, and training initiatives.
