Jim is passionate about creating a better world that works for everyone—believing that designing for exceptions to the norm leads to better solutions for all. With decades of experience in the non-profit and disability sectors, he currently leads RNIB’s transformation to build a more inclusive future for blind and partially sighted people.

Known for championing co-production, systems thinking, and sustainable innovation, Jim brings a collaborative leadership style rooted in empathy and real-world impact.  He has spent over 15 years turning ideas into action, delivering strategic transformation and innovation for good.
