Founder & CEO, Global Girl Project

Jules Lynch is the Founder and CEO of Global Girl Project, a globally recognised organisation dedicated to mobilising marginalised girls from the Global Majority to become leaders of change in their own communities. With over twenty-five years of experience as a community social worker and therapist across Canada, Great Britain, and the United States, Jules brings deep expertise in community development, leadership, and gender equity.

Based in the United Kingdom, she leads the design and delivery of Global Girl Project’s innovative leadership programmes, working in close partnership with local organisations and schools worldwide. Under her leadership, thousands of girls have built confidence, developed leadership skills, and led community action on issues that affect their lives.

Jules is a passionate and engaging speaker, known for her ability to connect with audiences in a meaningful and inspiring way. She speaks widely on girls’ leadership, decolonial approaches to development, and building feminist organisations, with her thought leadership featured in publications including The Guardian, Charity Times, and The Statesman.
