Rick has been Creative Partner of agency Don’t Panic since 2018. Key to both Rick and Don’t Panic, is creating work that gets real people talking, journalists writing and most importantly, leaves the world better than we found it. This has been part of Rick’s DNA since his early days at Saatchi & Saatchi when he created T-Mobile Dance and Welcome back - work that received coverage in the nationals, won two British Arrow Grand Prix’s and put a smile on the British public’s face. An ethos that continued into his Droga5 days on both sides of the pond, where he created much talked about campaigns for Paramount, Chobani and Under Armour.
