
Shabby Amini
Director of Fundraising and Marketing, Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP)
With a broad background in marketing, fundraising and campaigning, Shabby has been engaging both consumer and business audiences since 2001, with experience spanning the private and not-for-profit sectors. Her career has encompassed roles in marketing agencies, events management, fashion and publishing, as well as senior positions within leading charities, including Medical Aid for Palestinians, the Disasters Emergency Committee, Comic Relief, CARE International and WaterAid.
Shabby has led high-performing teams to deliver large-scale, high-impact campaigns. Notable achievements include the Concert for Ukraine for the Disasters Emergency Committee, which raised £13 million in 24 hours, and The Big Night In, delivered in partnership with BBC Children in Need, which raised over £75 million for UK causes.
She is currently a trustee of Autograph and has previously served as a Board Director at Greenpeace UK. In addition, she has volunteered as a mentor with Family Action and held several trustee roles, including with Freedom from Torture.
